General Manager Sales
As the General Manager of the sales team at Force, Brett is responsible for overseeing the company’s sales and sales operations. He works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and other executives to deliver, develop and execute the company’s strategic financial goals.
Brett is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of reseller and distribution expertise in the IT industry. Brett has held a variety of executive leadership positions within sales management, vendor management, marketing, strategy, operations and business transformation. Brett has collaborated closely with customers, vendors, and partners throughout his career within the sectors of retail, enterprise, commercial and SMB, and is committed to driving business excellence, fostering innovation, and delivering exceptional value. He is passionate about building and fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring a continuous learning environment that provides growth and opportunities for others to achieve their professional goals.
Brett has completed a Master of Business Administration at RMIT where he majored in Managing People and Performance and continuously seeks opportunities for professional development and growth. When Brett is not at work you will find him with his family, most likely at a sporting venue. He has a passion for Australian Rules Football and Basketball and is often seen coaching a team within the community.
