In-house Customer Service & Customer support
This team are passionate in delivering an exceptional customer experience that you will remember for all the right reasons. Dedicated and experienced, the team’s focus is firmly on brand sales, support, order processing and troubleshooting support. This includes national coverage (9am to 8pm AEST) with friendly support via phone, email and live chat.
National Distribution and Logistics Arm
Our state-of-the-art, on premise warehouse facility has an automated pick, pack and dispatch functionality. Operated by our dedicated and experienced warehouse crew, they ensure prompt and careful handling to deliver your orders.
Thanks to our partnership with Toll Logistics, you can place your order before 5pm AEST and received your delivery by 2pm the next day.
