Carl Bonham

Chief Executive Officer

Carl has overall responsibility for Force’s operation’s and performance, the development and execution of the corporate business plan and the sustenance and enhancement of our strong company culture.

General Manager of Product & Marketing

Chris Sciortino joined Force in May 2005 and has established himself in a number of key roles over his tenure. In his current leadership role, Chris oversees Force’s Private and Partnership Brand teams, ECommerce team as well as Force’s Corporate and Brand marketing.

Brett joined Force in 2023, and heads up the national sales function as General Manager of Sales. Brett is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of reseller and distribution expertise in the IT industry.

Tennille joined Force in July 2023 and heads up Finance, Human Resources, and IT functions as Chief Financial Officer. She works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Board to deliver, develop and execute the company’s strategic vision.
