Chief Financial Officer
Tennille joined Force in July 2023 and heads up Finance, Human Resources, and IT functions as Chief Financial Officer. She works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Board to deliver, develop and execute the company’s strategic vision.
Tennille is an experienced finance, commercial and corporate management executive with over 23 years of experience across a wide range of industries and roles including in FMCG and import and distribution.
With extensive experience across multiple disciplines including finance, strategy, contracts, operations, IT, human resources, infrastructure and asset management, governance and business improvement, she is passionate about building and fostering high-calibre, cross-functional teams and embedding high levels of financial acumen across an organisation.
Tennille has a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Business Law, CPA qualification and a Certificate in Governance Practice and Administration.
A person with a competitive spirit, Tennille is a motorcycle enthusiast, who enjoys the freedom and thrill that comes with riding sports bikes and is an avid and lively spectator at her children’s weekend sports matches.
