Director

Michael established Force in 1992 after identifying the opportunity to distribute accessories for the emerging mobile communications market in Australia.

Prior to establishing Force with business partner Michael Doust, Jake completed a Bachelor of Business degree, majoring in marketing.

Chief Executive Officer

Before joining Force in November 2016, Carl was a career retailer, working with Rebel Sport & the Rebel Group for 18 years and Dick Smith Electronics for 3 years.

Robert Younghusband

Chief Financial Officer

Bob joined Force as Chief Financial Officer in January 2012. As part of the senior management team Bob is responsible for all financial aspects of the company including Controllership, Tax, Treasury, Risk management, Financial Planning and reporting. Bob is also responsible for Human Resource Management.

Robert Stead

Chief Information Officer

Rob joined Force in late 2013 and brings to the team a wealth of experience in the e-commerce sector. Prior to joining the Force team, Robert owned several successful consulting businesses centered on Dynamics NAV and, most recently headed up the Strategic Development Team for global business consulting service, Tectura.

Chief Marketing Officer

Chris Sciortino joined Force in May 2005 and has established himself in a number of key roles over his tenure. In his current leadership role, Chris oversees Force’s Customer Service team, as well as Force’s Corporate and Partnership brand marketing.
